Keith Foster is a Partner at Trend Forward Capital where he invests in early stage technology companies. Before Trend Forward Capital, Keith lived in London, UK for 8 years and served as Vice President & Chief of Staff of Trend Micro and prior to that as HR Director, supporting the global field operation. Keith’s organization transformation acumen and international business partnering expertise, assisted in fulfilling Trend Micro’s expansion and vision.

Jared Fox, Ph.D., was the science department chair at Washington Heights Expeditionary Learning School (WHEELS) in Manhattan and has been recognized as a Math for America (MƒA) Master Teacher. Prior to teaching at WHEELS, Jared worked as a teacher in Edinburgh, Scotland and served as a Teach for America corps member in the Bronx. Jared holds a Ph.D. in science education from Teachers College, Columbia University where he researched how mobile science labs influence student attitudes towards science.

Stephen Jan, M.S., is a software engineer. His background includes communication applications at Google, e-commerce at Nook.com, digital advertising at Doubleclick.com, and several startups. Stephen has also founded a nonprofit that donates funding, medical equipment, and ambulances to hospitals in Africa, South America, and Asia. Stephen earned both his Masters and Bachelors degree in computer science and a Masters in bioengineering from Columbia University.

John is the Political Director at the ACLU of New Jersey. Previously, he was Policy Advisory for the Office of the Governor in the State of New Jersey, and an attorney and a Fellow at the Center for Court Innovation, a criminal justice think tank based in midtown. He has extensive experience in nonprofit management and operations as well as public sector consulting, including: director of fundraising and operations for Big Brothers Big Sisters, co-founding a nonprofit consulting firm offering communications and public relations services to small nonprofits, and co-founding the Iraq Legal Education Initiative at the American University of Iraq. He was also a design fellow at the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies, has represented clients through the Stanford Criminal Defense Clinic, and serves as a Trustee at Frost Valley, YMCA. He is a graduate of Brown University, has a masters in comparative politics from the London School of Economics and a JD from Stanford Law School.

Preston is an attorney in the Trusts and Estates group at Carter Ledyard and Milburn LLP, where he provides tax and estate planning to individuals, families and corporate fiduciaries. Prior to law school, Preston taught middle school math in New York City as a Teach for America Corps member. Preston has been selected to the New York Metro Rising Stars list for Estate Planning and Probate in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Preston holds a B.B.A. in finance from Marymount University and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. Preston is currently pursuing an Executive LL.M in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center.

Mandë is an Associate Professor in Chemistry at Hunter College and CUNY-Graduate Center, with scientific appointments at the American Museum of Natural History and Weill Cornell Medical College. Her joint appointments reflect her Mollusks to Medicine interdisciplinary research, which combines chemistry and biology to discover, characterize, and deliver novel peptides from venomous marine snails as tools for manipulating cellular physiology in pain and cancer. She is a World Economic Forum New Champion Young Scientist, recipient of the prestigious Camille Dreyfus Teacher-Scholar Award, and an National Science Foundation CAREER awardee. Dr. Holford is actively involved in science education, advancing the public understanding of science, and science diplomacy. In this regard she co-founded several initiatives, including KillerSnails.com, an award-winning learning games company that uses extreme creatures as a conduit to advance scientific teaching and learning, and RAISEW.org, an NSF project to increase women in science. She is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations, the World Economic Forum Expert Network, and a AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellow. Dr. Holford joined BioBus’s board in 2018.

Meagan is a Director at Merck, where she is a leader in Global Oncology Marketing and responsible for the commercialization of in‑line and emerging cancer therapies. She brings 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including commercial strategy, P&L management, and marketing execution. She began her career in cellular therapy process development and holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Tanuj is a partner and senior executive with over two decades of experience advising C-suite leaders, boards, and audit committees on corporate finance, strategy, and M&A. As a Partner at PwC, he leads a global team specializing in deal structuring, derivatives valuation, risk management, and financial reporting, overseeing more than 30 large transactions annually across the technology, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, financial services, and industrials sectors. His role requires independent financial judgment capable of withstanding regulatory and audit scrutiny. Before PwC, Tanuj held leadership roles in corporate development, treasury, and risk management at a Fortune 200 company. A CFA charterholder, he completed Harvard Business School's Preparing to Be a Corporate Director program (2026) and executive education at The Wharton School, and holds an M.B.A. from Iowa State University and a B.Eng. from Thapar University in India. An engineer by training and the proud father of a Hunter College High School graduate, Tanuj joins the BioBus board with a personal commitment to expanding access to hands-on science education for the next generation.

Jayne is a microbiologist and Professor in the Biology and Biochemistry departments at Hunter College, part of the City University of New York (CUNY). Her graduate thesis work at the University of Cambridge helped elucidate the segmented nature of the Influenza Virus genome. She held positions at the Malteno Institute for Research in Parasitology and in the Englund Lab at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Raper started her first independent research group at New York University in 1995. She joined Hunter College in 2011. Dr. Raper has been awarded multiple exploratory and full grants from the National Science Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The goal of the Raper laboratory is to determine if synthetic DNA can make the an antimicrobial in cattle to protect them from infection with all trypanosomes. This would allow cattle to be raised successfully in the tsetsebelt, an area the size of the US in Sub-Saharan Africa, and has the power to aid smallholder farmers and lift them out of poverty. Dr. Raper maintains extensive teaching commitments at Hunter in order to foster the growth of both graduate and undergraduate students. She sits on various grant review committees and is an associate editor of the journal entitled PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases.

Neil joined Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in 1991, and until his retirement in January 2025, served as the Executive Vice President, Research and Development. He graduated from Duke University, received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry at Brandeis University, and spent time at the University of California, San Francisco as a postdoctoral fellowship and in a faculty position. While there, he did groundbreaking work on elucidating the structure and mechanism of Prion diseases that cause scrapie and mad cow disease, with Dr. Stanley Prusiner, who later won a Nobel Prize. Neil started his journey at Regeneron working on cytokine receptor signaling, which can get out of control in certain human diseases. He spearheaded the invention and development of Regeneron’s Trap Technology to block the activity of these bad actors, which provided the basis of Regeneron’s first 3 approved drugs, ARCALYST, Eylea, and Zaltrap. He also built the pre-clinical and clinical development teams for the company and oversaw the clinical enabling activities of over 40 therapeutic candidates, including both Traps and fully human antibodies. From 2000 onwards, Neil served as the Team Leader of many Clinical Development programs, which included clinical areas of oncology, inflammation, atopy, obesity, ophthalmology, and metabolic disease. He founded the infectious disease efforts at Regeneron, which resulted in the only approved medicine to treat Ebola and was important for stopping the large outbreak in West Africa in 2014. Neil was also the senior person on the Regeneron team that created the monoclonal antibody cocktail called REGEN-COV, which was instrumental in preventing, as well as curing people with serious COVID-19 infections. Neil also frequently presented at investor conferences and interacted with the public explaining Regeneron’s scientific approaches. Neil has a deep commitment to promoting the scientific discovery and advancement by future scientists.
